Las Brisas 1st & 2nd Fl # 103

My family and I usually rent our condo here at Las Brisas and are always very happy. This is our go to condo to stay at the Island when we visit. Close to many restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be renting here more often. Definitely recommend. The managers of the place are very attentive and super nice.

My family has stayed at Las Brisas for 36 years. It’s a quiet, friendly, and family oriented place and we love it that way. I would love this place even more if it was pet friendly. My husband was having difficulty climbing stairs after his knee surgeries and we appreciated Jaime’s help in finding us a 3 bedroom condo with a downstairs bedroom. The only real issue we had this time around was the lack of good fishing lights at the pier. We had a great vacation as always and we’ll be back again soon.

Pier Lights need to be updated other than that great stay will def be back

We had a great experience at this condo. It was very spacious, had 3 full bathrooms and was clean. We’ll definitely be back!
